Congressional Advisor
As a Congressional Advisor that has provided insights for the Senate’s Small Business Committee as well as several Senate and House offices, JiNan has helped define how lawmakers, entrepreneurs, executives, and investors think about the potential of IP.
Most recently, she traveled to Capitol Hill to advise members of Congress regarding the current COVID-19 pandemic, providing a detailed report on the impact that the virus has had on Intellectual Property and patent filings. This report shed valuable light on what we can learn, on a global scale, about the importance of patent filing and patent forecasting.
